Superintendent - Local Industrial Builds

Job TitleSuperintendentJob DescriptionThe Superintendent's key responsibilities include overseeing all field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. They will develop and maintain cost-loaded project schedules to track progress and meet key milestones. The Superintendent will coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and project documentation, including drawings and specifications. They will manage field labor and equipment costs while assisting with monthly cost projections and forecasting. The role also involves identifying project risks proactively and implementing solutions to minimize schedule and budget impacts. The Superintendent will interpret contract documents, plans, and specifications to anticipate issues and maintain compliance. They will enforce quality standards by coordinating expectations with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. The Superintendent will maintain an organized, clean, and safety-focused job site. They will support the Project Manager with monthly pay applications and project billing documentation.
