Job Summary
Exercise direct supervision over assigned projects from start to finish, providing direction, leadership, and guidance to employees and subcontractors, assisting them in planning, coordination and execution of their work in order to complete the project in a timely and economical manner with high standards of workmanship. Responsible for maximizing profits on assigned projects. All job site supervisors report to superintendent. Knowledge/Skills/Ability
Prepare detailed construction projects plans, schedules and estimates. Read and interpret construction drawings, show drawings and specifications. Calculate square footage, volumes and percentages using a personal computer or calculator. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Prepare and update project schedules, transmittals and submittals using personal computer software. Manage large groups of personnel and to accomplish desired results through subordinate levels of management with little or no supervision.
Education
High School diploma or GED
Experience
5 plus years of progressively responsible experience on Commercial Construction Projects and management of field personnel. A demonstrated ability to have successfully managed ground up commercial projects.
Flintco offers base compensation for the Denver area ranging from $130 plus
(Actual compensation may be affected by factors such as education, experience, skillset and/or location.)
