With a solid pipeline of education, municipal, healthcare and site development work now moving forward, the organisation offers long-term stability, consistent project flow, and the chance to work for a contractor that genuinely values experienced Superintendents.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior field leadership and take full ownership of on-site delivery across one or more projects.Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through close-outCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to maintain schedule and qualityOwn short-term planning, including three-week look-ahead schedulesEnforce site safety, quality standards, and best practicesPartner with Project Managers on master schedules, sequencing, and problem-solvingAct as the primary on-site representative, maintaining a proactive, hands-on presenceDrive productivity while fostering a collaborative, down-to-earth site cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
