    Job Description


     

    We’re seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee field execution for complex electrical construction projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, maintain quality standards, and keep work moving safely in a fast-paced construction environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise low voltage electrical construction activities, including fire alarm, security, telecom, and related systems.
    • Coordinate daily field work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
    • Review drawings, schedules, RFIs, and field conditions to support accurate installation and project progress.
    • Perform QA/QC checks to confirm work meets project requirements, code standards, and installation expectations.
    • Track field updates, documentation, manpower needs, materials, and construction progress using project management tools.

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience as a Superintendent, Field Lead, Foreman, or similar role within low voltage or electrical construction.
    • Strong background with fire alarm, security, telecom, structured cabling, or related building technology systems.
    • Experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, or technical facility construction projects preferred.
    • Working knowledge of RFIs, QA/QC processes, construction documentation, and field coordination.
    • Procore experience preferred.
    • P6 scheduling experience is a plus.
    • Ability to read drawings and work with CAD-based documentation when needed.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
