This GC is seeking a Superintendent for an upcoming Hotel project in Anderson, SC.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up hotel project. Manage daily field operations, schedules, quality control, safety, and subcontractor coordination. Serve as the primary project leader on-site with limited day-to-day oversight. Partner with a Project Manager who will provide support and periodic site visits. Utilize Procore extensively for project administration, communication, and documentation. Conduct daily coordination meetings and weekly subcontractor meetings. Maintain and organize project drawings, site photos, and progress documentation. Process subcontractor back charges, billing, and invoicing through Procore. Monitor project budgets and provide real-time updates throughout construction. Previous hotel construction experience strongly preferred. Experience building branded or chain hotel projects is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to independently lead a project from groundbreaking through completion. Advanced Procore proficiency required, including: meeting management, drawing and document control, photo documentation, budget tracking, subcontractor billing and invoicing, back charge management. Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills. Must be local to the Anderson/Greenville, SC area. Ability to work on-site full-time throughout the duration of the project.What's on OfferCompensation of up to $100K-$140K. Company vehicle and gas card. Company phone, tablet, and laptop.
