The Superintendent will lead all on-site operations for a high-rise luxury multifamily project, overseeing field execution from sitework through turnover. This role requires strong experience managing vertical construction, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining high-end finish quality in a schedule-driven environment.

Description
Our Superintendent will:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up high-rise multifamily projects
- Manage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and daily site operations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone adherence
- Lead vertical construction phases including structure, façade, MEP rough-in, and interior finishes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Conduct quality control inspections with a focus on high-end finishes and detailing
- Coordinate inspections, city requirements, and occupancy milestones
- Lead subcontractor meetings and drive accountability across all trades
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and budget
Profile
A successful Superintendent will have:
- 7-15+ years of experience in construction with a General Contractor
- Proven experience on ground-up high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of vertical construction sequencing and logistics
- Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex schedules
- Knowledge of Chicago building requirements and inspection processes preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Base salary range of $110K-$135K+ depending on experience
