Superintendent - Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach)

Lead Multimillion-Dollar Luxury Home Builds in Palm BeachManage day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects. Oversee all subcontractor activities, sequencing, and site logistics. Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain high-end quality and craftsmanship. Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and finish details. Ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and construction standards. Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and high-profile clients. Coordinate materials, inspections, and vendor deliveries. Track site progress and support project managers with field documentation. Strong experience building in Palm Beach and/or Jupiter Island is required. Deep understanding of high-end finishes, specialty trades, and top-tier craftsmanship. Able to read and interpret detailed architectural and interior design drawings. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Experience coordinating with high-end subcontractors and knowing local pricing/market expectations. Procore experience preferred; knowledge of Sage Estimating is a plus (not required).
