Job Details

Hold ultimate responsibility for construction execution on assigned projects, working directly with the Project Manager
Maintain expert knowledge of assigned plans and specifications
Participate in the pre-construction phase, advising on constructability issues
Host mandatory preconstruction meetings with every subcontractor prior to start date
Monitor and enforce project quality control
Understand, implement, and uphold company procedures and processes
Maintain and update the project schedule; prepare an updated schedule for every sub meeting
Develop short-term construction schedules and keep the job positioned ahead of schedule
Complete, retain, and maintain Daily Reports in the W:// drive and project software
Document project and subcontractor performance
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project materials
Host weekly subcontractor meetings
Maintain a clean, presentable construction trailer and jobsite
Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and oversee SWPPP operations
Ensure punch list procedures are followed (sub, architect, owner, and MEP punch lists)
Train Assistant Superintendents and other assigned staff
Serve as key relationship-holder with the District and Architect
Maintain real-time handle on project budget
Complete other duties as assigned
