The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical construction expertise and a proven ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver technically challenging projects safely and efficiently.

Description
The Superintendent will lead field operations from project startup through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. This individual will serve as the primary field leader responsible for workforce management, subcontractor coordination, productivity, quality control, and project execution.

Job Offer
$115,000 - $145,000 base salary
$127,000 - $160,000 base salary

Requirements 7-10+ years of construction site leadership experience Mechanical construction background is required Experience within industrial, process piping, water/wastewater, utility, underground, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure construction environments Demonstrated experience supervising projects involving complex piping systems, pump stations, utility infrastructure, heavy rigging, and mechanical systems Strong understanding of construction means and methods, drawings and specifications, line and grade, survey methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety programs Knowledge of pump and equipment repair, basic electrical systems, and craft labor agreements Strong leadership, communication, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination skills OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification preferred DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain Valid Driver's License Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle review Software & Technology Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Procore COINS Construction ERP Platforms Microsoft Office Suite Location Projects are located throughout: Massachusetts Southern New Hampshire New Hampshire This role requires regular travel between project sites throughout the region.| Location | Boston, MA |
