Lead all field operations for Day 2 data center construction projects. Manage upgrades, retrofits, tenant improvements, and infrastructure enhancements within live facilities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, project managers, and client stakeholders. Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and site productivity goals. Oversee site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Develop and implement work plans that minimize operational disruption within active environments. Conduct daily coordination meetings and monitor construction progress. Resolve field issues proactively to prevent schedule impacts. Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities. Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams throughout project execution.

A successful MEP Superintendent should have experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent on large-scale commercial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Proven experience working in live operational environments. Day 2 construction, retrofit, modernization, or upgrade project experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety planning, and trade coordination. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and relocate between projects as assignments are completed. Data center experience preferred; ground-up experience is not required for this specific role.
