Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labor, and materials
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contract documents

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
