3+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction supervision.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams.

Project Supervision & Daily Operations

Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols across all job sites.
Ensure teams are properly trained, equipped, and prepared for each task.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, address scope changes, and resolve issues.

Ensure all project progress is accurately recorded in Encircle.
Conduct site inspections and maintain strict quality control standards.

Monitor technicians for quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide coaching, guidance, and identify training needs.
Evaluate team performance and report metrics to the Project Manager and management.

Client & Subcontractor Communication
