Superintendent Opportunity

Lead day-to-day field operations for a $20M+ mixed-use project consisting of 69 residential units over retail space. Manage project schedules and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are achieved. Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget, schedule, and project objectives. Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field-related issues. Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project reporting. Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards. Maintain a safe and organized job site while promoting a positive team environment. Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

A successful Superintendent should have: 5-10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Experience managing interior construction projects within Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Office, or related sectors. Strong scheduling and project coordination capabilities. Experience utilizing Procore or similar construction management software. Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
