Superintendent, Multifamily Construction - Cleveland

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large-scale residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects ranging from $10M to $50M+, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, managing subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Description

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project specifications.
• Enforce job site safety standards (OSHA 10 minimum recommended).
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
• Schedule and monitor quality control using checklists and inspections.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress proactively.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor activities and plan ahead.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Complete punch lists and ensure timely project closeout.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficient in scheduling and basic computer applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
