Description
The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:
- Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
