Description
The Superintendent reports to senior operations leadership and is responsible for all on-site construction activity.
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor performance
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Coordinate inspections and quality control processes
- Partner with Project Managers to align field and budget objectives
- Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination
- Drive productivity and maintain high workmanship standards
Profile
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- 5-10 years of construction experience in a Superintendent position
- Proven experience delivering multifamily or affordable housing projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and site management capabilities
- Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment
- Growth mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to relocate if required
