The Superintendent will lead on-site construction activities for multifamily property projects in Miami. This role focuses on ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards.

- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
