Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Raleigh.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
