A well-known Developer/Builder in the multifamily sector is looking to identify and hire a Lead Superintendent in Norfolk, VA!

Superintendent Qualifications:

* Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets

* Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

* Industry consistent work history

* 3-5+ years' experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects ranging from $20MM- $80MM+ in value

• MUST HAVE wrap/podium experience!!
