Description

As the Multifamily Superintendent, you will report directly to the Project Manager and take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily developments from ground-up through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and short- and long-term look-ahead schedules
  • Enforce safety standards while driving productivity and quality control across all trades
  • Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule durations and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal project teams
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Utilise scheduling software and reporting tools to track progress and mitigate risk

Profile

For the Multifamily Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Eight or more years' experience as a Multifamily Construction Superintendent
  • or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with five or more years of superintendent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing for multifamily projects
  • Proven experience building and managing detailed construction schedules
  • A track record of successfully driving trade performance and meeting critical milestones
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams
  • Experience across additional sectors such as hospitality, urban mixed-use, retail, office, or industrial projects is advantageous
  • Proficiency with scheduling and site management software
