A growing construction management firm is seeking a Superintendent to lead multifamily ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Greater Boston area. Description

* Manage daily field operations from site mobilization through project completion

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

* Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion

* Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures

* Conduct site meetings and communicate progress to clients

* Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements

* Work closely with Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents to maintain project success

* Proactively identify and resolve field challenges

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience with multifamily projects start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
• Ability to lead project teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders effectively
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and efficiently
• Must have MA CSL
