The Superintendent -Multifamily Projects - Charleston will be responsible for:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure schedule adherence
• Coordinate daily field operations and maintain project milestones
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA requirements
• Conduct quality control inspections and proactively address deficiencies
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
• Maintain clear communication with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Prepare and manage daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates

The Superintendent -Multifamily Projects - Charleston will have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Proven experience delivering ground-up construction projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Experience with project management and scheduling software preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Stable work history with a track record of completed projects
• OSHA certification is a plus
