Superintendent - Multifamily Projects - Leesburg, VAThe Superintendent - Multifamily Projects - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior and select base-building projects valued at $1M+Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain scheduleUtilize Procore for daily reports, RFIs, safety documentation, and schedule trackingEnforce jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation standardsWork closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain client satisfactionOversee projects across retail, hospitality, restaurant, office, daycare, and mixed-use spacesSupport occasional base-building and larger-scale projects up to $20MMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
