With a large amount of growth over the past 5 years, this exciting team is currently looking for a Superintendent with multifamily construction experience to help with projects in the Raleigh market.

Description

The Superintendent- Multifamily Projects- Travel will be responsible for:

• Meeting weekly and communicating daily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries.
• Managing the site through completion.
• Proactively identifying design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues.
• Attaining a thorough and complete understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, the drawings, and specifications.
• Enforcing safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
• Communicating daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensure progress toward the common goal is achieved.

Profile

The Superintendent- Multifamily Projects- Travel will have:

• 2+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
• Experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
• Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
• Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
• Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
• Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
• Local to Raleigh and relocators will be considered

Job Offer

The Superintendent- Multifamily Projects- Travel will receive:

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $80,000-$120,000
• Annual Bonuses
• Company Vehicle with gas card
• Per diem allowance when traveling plus lodging near project site
• Excellent benefits, 401K, etc.
