Job DescriptionManage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project schedules are met. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Resolve any on-site issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or disruptions. Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process. Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
