Serve as the Lead Superintendent for a 119-unit hotel-to-workforce housing conversion project in Kittery, Maine. Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity goals. Manage day-to-day site operations and proactively resolve project challenges. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication through Procore. Enforce jobsite safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Partner closely with project leadership and report directly to the project lead. Collaborate with company leadership and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The successful applicant must-have qualifications including 5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction, experience managing renovation or rehabilitation projects, strong ability to lead field operations and coordinate subcontractors, experience using Procore or similar construction management software, and ability to work full-time on-site in Kittery, Maine.
Preferred qualifications include multifamily renovation experience, OSHA 30 certification, experience with housing conversions, adaptive reuse, or occupied renovations, and candidates located in Northern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Southern Maine.
