Superintendent - Multifamily

The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, conducting safety meetings, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects.

Description

Our Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.

Profile

The ideal Superintendent will have:

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Ground-up multifamily experience preferred
• Experience with senior living, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial projects is a plus
• Proven success leading projects valued at $40M+
• Strong scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety leadership skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
