Support project leadership in the execution of woodframe multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers broad exposure to project controls, subcontractor management, and client coordination.

Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules and implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently.
  • Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to the construction process.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily Woodframe should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing multifamily woodframe construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
