Job TitleLead a high-profile Town Hall project in RaleighJob DescriptionManage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover. Lead daily field operations and subcontractor coordination. Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project Management. Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety standards. Manage inspections, quality control, and punch list activities. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and municipal stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements. Monitor manpower, productivity, and jobsite logistics. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.The Successful ApplicantSuperintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects. Municipal, civic, K-12, higher education, or institutional experience preferred. CMAR project experience preferred. Strong leadership and subcontractor management abilities. Experience managing complex schedules and multiple trade partners. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Stable work history with strong tenure. Experience with technology-driven project management tools. Proficiency with Procore preferred. Candidates from established regional or national contractors preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 160,000 annually. Annual bonus opportunity: 8%-15%.
