Construction Superintendent – Glazing & Panels

Commercial contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on glazing and exterior panel projects. Responsible for site leadership, safety, scheduling, quality control, and coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Oversee installation of glazing and panel systems
• Read drawings and specifications
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Communicate with project management and vendors
• Resolve field issues and maintain site documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial glazing or façade construction
• Experience managing crews on mid to large projects
• Strong knowledge of glazing and panel systems
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license required

Preferred

• High-rise or institutional experience
• Construction management software experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
