Description

Lead Federal Construction ProjectLead all field operations and daily project execution from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule, quality, and budget goals. Develop and execute short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate trade activities. Ensure strict compliance with safety requirements and promote a proactive safety culture. Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure work meets project specifications. Collaborate with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Direct workforce planning, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and overall site logistics. Monitor productivity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
