SuperintendentThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Providing overall leadership for all on-site construction activities and daily field operations.Coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure efficient execution.Monitoring project schedules and proactively planning upcoming work activities to maintain milestones.Overseeing quality control measures and ensuring work is completed to project specifications.Enforcing site safety standards and maintaining compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements.Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including owners, consultants, tenants, and trade partners.Identifying field challenges and implementing practical solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.Supporting project reporting, workforce planning, and site logistics throughout the construction lifecycle.Leading by example while fostering a collaborative and productive project environment.Assisting with the successful delivery of a major aviation infrastructure project through April 2029.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
