Job Description
- Manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all OSHA guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports and logs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
