Job Description
Superintendent
The Superintendent will:
- Lead ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+.
- Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Collaborate with field teams, design partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive quality, safety, and performance standards across all phases of construction.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget goals.
- Support projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, multifamily, life sciences, hospitality, office, industrial, and retail.
- Partner closely with internal leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5-10 years of construction experience.
- Ground-up construction project experience.
- Experience working on commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, public works, or similar project types.
- Proven experience on projects valued at $30M or greater.
- Ability to work on projects throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro area and Northern Virginia.
The Superintendent will:
