Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, they are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team.Job DescriptionManage daily field operations on high-end residential renovation projectsLead complete gut renovations of luxury townhomes and $25M+ penthousesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesCoordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and site logisticsEnsure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standardsConduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issuesMaintain a safe and organized jobsiteCoordinate inspections and ensure compliance with NYC building requirementsWork closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budgetReview shop drawings and coordinate installation sequencingManage punch lists and oversee project closeoutBuild strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractorsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
