They are currently looking to hire a Superintendent with proven experience leading occupied healthcare projects.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DMV will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day site activities and supervising subcontractorsEnforcing infection-control and safety protocols in live healthcare environmentsCoordinating with hospital staff to minimize operational disruptionsReviewing drawings and specifications to ensure complianceMonitoring progress, quality, and adherence to scheduleLeading daily site meetings and maintaining accurate logsResolving field issues promptly and effectivelySupporting project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentationThe Successful ApplicantThe Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DMV will have:5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare projectsProven ability to manage work in occupied hospital or clinical settingsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and infection-control proceduresAbility to read and interpret construction documentsOSHA certification preferredWhat's on OfferThe Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DMV will receive:Competitive salary dependent on experienceMonthly car allowancePerformance-based bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to lead high-impact healthcare projects
