Job Title: Superintendent Of Construction
Job Description
Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $10M+. Develop and manage the full project schedule from preconstruction through closeout, preferably using MS Project. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel, while monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Oversee job site safety programs and enforce safety compliance standards, managing quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets project requirements. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics, tracking project costs, productivity, forecasting, and job costing. Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies, and proactively resolve field issues including weather impacts, site constraints, or unforeseen conditions.

Work Environment
The role is on-site, with the first project being a $7 million ground-up storage facility. Candidates need to be open to travel to projects throughout Oregon but outside of the Portland Metro area. Per diem is provided for travel. Enjoy benefits such as a company vehicle/car allowance, company cell phone, gas card, and an annual bonus program based on personal and company performance.
