Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage and direct craft labor, field personnel, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and project timelines
Assist with workforce planning, staffing decisions, and performance management of field personnel
Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics
Review project costs, field expenditures, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper coding
Maintain compliance with all applicable employment, safety, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience leading field operations on commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, education, or other large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
