Superintendent or Asst. Super - Infrastructure/ Pharma

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources for project completion.
