We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $500K to $10M throughout the Orlando market. This role is ideal for a field-driven leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality while delivering successful commercial projects from start to finish.

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, institutional, and office construction. With a growing project pipeline throughout Central Florida, they are seeking a Superintendent who can contribute immediately and help maintain their commitment to client satisfaction and project excellence.
Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience overseeing projects ranging from $500K to $10M.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with AHCA-regulated projects is a major plus.
- Proficiency with Procore and/or RedTeam construction management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification is advantageous.
