This is an opportunity for someone who wants to run work-not just be part of it.What You'll DoAs a Superintendent, you are the on-site leader and face of Williams Company, driving field execution from mobilization through closeout.Lead on-site construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and field staffDevelop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheadsCoordinate trades, sequencing, logistics, and site operations to keep work movingProactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or qualityEnforce OSHA and company safety standards and foster a culture where safety is owned by everyoneLead quality control efforts, pre-installation meetings, and inspections to prevent reworkHold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performanceServe as a primary field contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and project partnersMaintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Williams Company standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for Superintendents who bring technical expertise, leadership presence, and an ownership mindset.
