Job Description
Lead field operations for pharmaceutical and manufacturing construction projects in highly regulated environments.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade partners, schedules, and site logistics.
Oversee construction activities within cleanroom, aseptic packaging, and stainless-steel process environments.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
Collaborate closely with project leadership, clients, and field teams to proactively resolve issues.
Assist with responsibilities traditionally handled by Project Managers and Project Engineers as the local operation continues to grow.
Support project execution across Raleigh, RTP, Clayton, Greenville, Charlotte, and surrounding markets.
Play a critical role in establishing and growing a new regional office presence.
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork on every project.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Superintendent on pharmaceutical construction projects.
Strong background in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience with cleanrooms, stainless-steel systems, and aseptic packaging facilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-moving project demands.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable identifying challenges and openly collaborating on solutions.
Working knowledge of Project Manager and Project Engineer responsibilities.
Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
Experience delivering renovation and capital improvement projects within active facilities is preferred.
