Description
- Lead field operations on pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing construction projects.
- Manage day-to-day activities of trade partners and subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate work within highly regulated cleanroom and manufacturing environments.
- Oversee project execution involving stainless steel systems, aseptic packaging areas, and facility renovations.
- Drive project schedules, site logistics, safety compliance, and construction sequencing.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams, engineers, owners, and trade partners.
- Identify challenges proactively and communicate solutions effectively to project stakeholders.
- Support project startup efforts in a growing North Carolina operation, helping establish best practices and operational consistency.
- Adapt to evolving project needs, with the ability to contribute across superintendent, project engineer, and project management functions as the team expands.
- Contribute to successful delivery of pharmaceutical renovation and expansion projects throughout the Raleigh, RTP, and broader North Carolina markets.

Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience serving as a Superintendent on pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Background working in highly regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
- Experience with pharmaceutical facilities, including stainless steel process systems and aseptic packaging environments.
- Strong leadership skills managing subcontractors and field operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to identify and escalate project issues when necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting responsibilities typically performed by Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Background delivering renovation projects within active pharmaceutical or manufacturing facilities.
- Familiarity with clients and projects within the Research Triangle Park pharmaceutical market.
- Experience working for a general contractor specializing in technical or regulated construction sectors.
