Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they specialize in complex projects that require meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
Manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules. Lead site logistics planning and construction sequencing activities. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, healthcare regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate work in occupied hospital and medical environments while minimizing disruptions to patient care. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control procedures. Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety standards. Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budget and schedule objectives. Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Manage commissioning activities, punch-list completion, and project closeout.
