Your Role
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
· Managing jobsite operations overseeing field personnel, subcontractors, and construction schedules
· Ensuring quality & safety conducting inspections and maintaining OSHA standards
· Hands-on leadership assisting with project components like carpentry, concrete, and finish work as needed
· Collaboration & Coordination working with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals
What Were Looking For
· 4-6+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
· Strong knowledge of blueprints, scheduling, and subcontract agreements
· OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain)
· Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot onsite challenges, and maintain productivity
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
