POSITION SUMMARY
The Process Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for leading field execution of complex process mechanical work on large water and industrial projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This role plans and manages multiple self-perform process mechanical crews and could also supervise subcontractors, they oversee implementation of project-specific safety programs and task hazard analyses, and drives adherence to schedule and budget. The Process Mechanical Superintendent interprets contract documents and process mechanical drawings, coordinates with owners, inspectors, and other trades, and supports project teams with isometric drawings, shop drawings, and material planning. They play a key role in resolving field issues in real time, ensuring work is installed correctly the first time, and fostering a collaborative, problem-solving culture across the project team.

Given the dynamic nature of the large-scale commercial construction industry, a candidate's project portfolio and background can change the role and compensation for which that candidate might be qualified. The title and pay range for this role could change based on candidate qualifications and experience. Pay Range: $90,600 - $130,300
