Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily schedules to maintain project timelines
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite at all times
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material logistics
  • Review drawings, identify conflicts, and proactively solve field issues
  • Communicate daily progress with project management and ownership teams
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of means and methods, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and scopes simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and building codes
  • Strong communication skills and a hands‑on leadership style
