Depending on experience and qualifications, you'll earn $80,000 - $90,000 per year. You'll also receive benefits like:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Superintendent - Quality Manager keeps our federal construction projects on track and ensures we complete high-quality work that meets the client's needs and our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing construction projects and delegating tasks to keep crews on schedule
• Reviewing plans and specifications and making sure our work meets these guidelines
• Identifying ways to cut costs, increase revenue, and meet profit goals
• Completing detailed job documentation and leading team meetings
• Performing quality control checks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Solving problems as they come up and taking proactive steps to avoid future issues
• Communicating and coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other people to efficiently complete seamless projects

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

You'll typically work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of experience in construction site management or quality control
• Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases
• USACE CQM certification
• Completion of a 30-hour OSHA class

Travel is required. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process. 7+ years of relevant experience would be preferred.
