The company has experienced significant recent growth while maintaining a people-first culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and work-life balance.Job DescriptionLead daily field operations for ground-up and interior renovation projects valued between $1M-$10M. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics. Coordinate closely with project management teams, clients, and design partners. Drive successful completion of healthcare, restaurant, veterinary, dental, and commercial projects.
