Job Description
- Support project execution from site mobilisation through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
- Partner with project teams to drive successful project delivery
- Assist in leading field operations on K-12, higher education, civic, and commercial projects
- Step into a leadership capacity when needed to maintain project continuity

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Background in CMaRisk, Design-Build, or General Contracting environments
- Experience on K-12, higher education, municipal, or commercial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage field operations and build strong subcontractor relationships
